Happy Easter

Chloe LOVES to give talks in primary and usually writes them herself! Here's the beginning of her talk for today.

The BEST mom in the world!

I just wanted to share with everyone how awesome my mom is!! She came out to Utah for 2 1/2 weeks and stayed with us. A lot of people would get tired of having their mom around at their house for that long...not us!! Not even Jeff! She could have stayed for a lot longer! She was so helpful with the kids and everything when Claire came. She took Chloe and picked her up from school every day, she cooked dinner, helped get the kids ready, went and worked in Chloe's class for me...the list goes on and on! She is one of my best friends and is always there for us whenever we need her and would do anything for us! My kids absolutely adore her and miss her SOOOOO much when we're not around her (so do I)!!! She's amazing and I love her!! Thanks for everything Mom!!! You're the best!!

And she's so pretty too!!

2 WEEKS OLD!

Claire is 2 weeks old today!!! Today was my first time taking all three kids out by myself (mom's gone :( !) We went to Claire's 2 week doctor appointment. It wasn't too bad, we were a few minutes late though...it takes a long time to get out of the house sometimes!!

Here are her stats...

8 pounds 8 ounces (She was 8 pounds even at birth and 7 pounds 6 ounces at her 2 day appointment...she gained a little over a pound in 12 days)

21 1/2 inches long....which I don't think is very accurate. The girl that was measuring her didn't have the pen straight when she was marking where her head was on the paper so I think she's not quite that long!

COWGIRL DAY!

Chloe's school had Cowboy day last Monday and OF COURSE Chloe wanted to dress up! I love how she gets into the dress up days at school...that is how I was!

ONE WEEK OLD!!

Time flies...one week went by so fast!! I wish she could just stay little forever....well at least for a long time!

HAPPY 31st BIRTHDAY JEFF!!

Jeff turned 31 on March 8th. Claire missed my mom's birthday by 3 days and Jeff's by 3 days! So, happy birthday to an amazing and wonderful daddy and husband! We love you!

Happy Birthday Mom!!

2 weeks late with this post, but Happy birthday on March 2nd! We were excited to have Mom here on her birthday. We celebrated when she got here on Saturday the 1st by going to Red Robin, then to a BYU basketball game (I think that was more for Jeff)!
